Privacy policy

This policy explains what information luisangelyugc.com collects, why, and the choices you have. It is written in plain language on purpose.

The short version

  • We collect what you type into the contact form, plus anonymous visit statistics.
  • We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
  • We use your name and email only to reply to you about your inquiry.
  • You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information at any time.

Who we are

This site is the portfolio and link page of Luisangely Molero, a UGC content creator based in Miami, FL. Luisangely Molero is the business responsible for the information described here. Questions about this policy can be sent to contact@luisangelyugc.com.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, brand name, budget range and the message you write. We only receive what you type into the form. Please do not include sensitive information (such as financial account numbers, government IDs or health details) in your message; we never need it.

Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps) to deliver the site and keep it secure. To protect the contact form from spam, we also briefly keep a count of requests per IP address in memory; it is not saved to our database.

Visit statistics. To see how many people visit and which links get clicked, we run our own simple analytics. For each page view or click we record the page, the type of device (phone, tablet or computer), the website that sent you (for example instagram.com) and the button you clicked. We do not store your IP address and we do not use cookies for this. To count a visitor once per day we use a scrambled code made from your IP address and browser and a secret key; the code changes every day, cannot be turned back into your IP address, and cannot be linked from one day to the next. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal, we do not count you.

We do not create accounts for visitors, we do not take payments on this site, and we do not run advertising trackers.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws. In the past 12 months we have not sold or shared any personal information, including that of anyone under 16. We do not rent, trade or hand over contact form information to advertisers, data brokers, or any other company for their own marketing.

How we use it

  • To reply to your inquiry and discuss a possible collaboration.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website, including understanding which pages and links are useful.
  • To prevent spam and abuse.
  • To meet legal obligations.

We only email you to answer your message. We will not add you to a newsletter or send promotional emails unless you clearly ask us to, and any such email would include a way to unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site, under terms that limit them to doing that work for us:

  • Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
  • Resend — delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
  • Neon — the database where we keep contact form messages, the content of the links page and the anonymous visit statistics.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Luisangely Molero, our visitors or others.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies, so visitors do not see a cookie banner. The only cookie the site sets is a sign-in cookie for the site owner’s private dashboard; it is never set for visitors. Your browser or our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical storage to load pages correctly.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages are saved in our dashboard and kept for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of business conversations, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your message at any time. Anonymous visit statistics contain no personal information and are kept in aggregate form. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period under its own retention rules.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@luisangelyugc.com with the subject “Privacy request”. If you live in California or another state with a privacy law, you may also have the right to:

  • know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and get a copy of it;
  • correct information that is wrong and ask us to delete information we hold;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither);
  • limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect any);
  • not be treated differently for using any of these rights.

To protect you, we may ask you to reply from the email address you used to contact us so we can confirm it is you. You can also use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of their authority. We aim to answer within 45 days.

In the last 12 months we collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email address, and IP address in server logs), commercial information (brand name and budget range you choose), and internet activity (pages viewed and links clicked, in anonymous form). We collect them directly from you and from your browser, for the purposes listed above, and disclose them only to the service providers listed above.

Visitors outside the United States

This site is operated from the United States and our providers store data in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed there.

Children

This site is intended for brands and adults. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, email contact@luisangelyugc.com and we will delete it.

Third-party links

The site and the links page point to other services (for example Instagram, TikTok and product stores). Those services have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect information, including encrypted connections and a password-protected dashboard, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Our Terms of Use also apply to your use of the site.
